The work travels.

The work travels.

Into boardrooms and retreat spaces. Into membership communities and wellness platforms. Into the rooms where women are holding it together and starting to wonder why that's getting harder.

I bring the nervous system layer. The somatic anchor. The part that makes everything else in the room actually land.

Teaching & facilitation

Perimenopause arrives right in the middle of a woman's most powerful years. The experience, the authority, the hard-won clarity,  it's all there. What's often missing is the nervous system support that lets her access it.
Most workplace programming doesn't reach this layer. It offers symptom management, accommodation, information. What it rarely offers is a framework for what's actually happening and tools that help women work with the biology rather than against it.

I bring this into organizations as a talk, a workshop, or an ongoing series — for ERGs, women's networks, HR wellness programs, and leadership events. Women leave with language for what's happening in their body and practical tools they can use immediately. Not later, when they get home. Right now. In the meeting. At their desk. In the middle of the day when the system needs support and there's real work left to do.

That's the opportunity.

"The organizations that get this first won't just retain these women. They'll watch them come alive."

She has the experience,
the authority, the clarity.
Her nervous system is adapting.

Perimenopause arrives right in the middle of a woman's most powerful years. The hard-won competence, the authority, the perspective — it's all there. What's often missing is the nervous system support that lets her actually access it.

Most workplace programming doesn't reach this layer. It offers symptom management, accommodation, information. What it rarely offers is a framework for what's actually happening — and tools that help women work with the biology rather than against it.

The identity piece is real too. Women at this stage are often in the middle of a quiet reorganization — of who they are, what they'll tolerate, what they're no longer willing to shrink for. That's not a crisis. That's the nervous system doing exactly what it's designed to do when old patterns are ready to be released.

Women don't just leave with information. They leave having used a tool — in the room, together — that their nervous system actually responds to. Most have never experienced anything like it in a professional context. That's the point.

The method is called EFT tapping — a somatic technique used in trauma-informed practice worldwide. It's simple, it's fast, and it works whether you believe in it or not. No prior experience needed. No woo required. Just a body and a willingness to try something that most people wish they'd found sooner.

Talk topics

This isn't about hormones going wrong. It's about a nervous system adapting to one of the most significant biological transitions of a woman's life — while she's still expected to perform at her highest level.

01   When you can't find the word in the meeting.  Perimenopause as a nervous system event — what's actually happening and why             willpower isn't the answer.

02   Rage, fog, and fatigue: what your body is actually asking for
Reading symptoms as signals. Understanding the biology without pathologizing the experience.

03   Burnout and midlife women: why willpower stopped working
What changes in the nervous system during this transition — and what actually helps instead.

04   Regulation before performance: practical tools for high-pressure environments. Somatic tools women can use in real time — before the meeting, during the hard            conversation, at their desk.

A membership where practitioners and their communities are doing serious work on their biology. Every two months I join to bring the nervous system and somatic layer into the conversation — so the biological work has somewhere to land. The body and the nervous system are always talking to each other. This is where that conversation happens.

A Functional Health Community

WHERE ELSE THE WORK LIVES

A community centered on energy medicine, frequency therapy, and conscious healing. Each month I come in to teach nervous system literacy and lead a live Conscious EFT™ session — offering a somatic, body-based anchor to complement the frequency work already happening in the space. The two approaches meet each other well. The nervous system responds to both.

I'm based in Costa Rica, and I'm regularly invited to facilitate within  retreats here. In person, as a part of the bigger picture of the retreat. There's something about being in a room together, in this particular place, with this particular land,  that the nervous system responds to before anyone says a word. I come in to teach, to lead live tapping sessions, and to hold the space for whatever needs to move.

Every week, Carly and I hold a live tapping circle inside our Wild Women Weekly membership — built on the Wild Middle Method™, grounded in polyvagal theory and Conscious EFT™, and held for women navigating perimenopause who don't want to do it alone. This is our room. Everything else I do in other spaces grows from what we built here.

If you work with women,  lead a membership, host retreats, or hold space where people are doing real work on their health and wellbeing - nervous system education and live EFT facilitation might be exactly what's been missing. Not as a concept. As a direct, felt experience your community gets to have together.

This work is built around what your community actually needs. Format is always flexible. The conversation is where we figure out the fit.

Your people are ready for this layer.
