I know how you're feeling. In late 2021, I was where you likely are now. I had found the business I loved and knew the potential that was hiding inside both the business and me. However, I didn’t understand why I was resisting making the moves that would make a difference. And I certainly didn’t know what to do about it.
Until one day, everything changed. I decided to get out of my own way and step into the personal work that would create internal shifts. Despite having done so much work on myself already, I was still stuck. That’s when I discovered Emotional Success Coaching and Conscious EFT. I dove in, working with it intensely for a year, both on myself and in coaching others. I was hooked, and the changes felt amazing.
And since making that shift?
I’ve gone from being stuck and resistant to putting myself out there as a coach to working with clients, leading retreats, and being featured on podcasts.
I’m already working on a dreamy new project behind the scenes.
I work and travel from anywhere in the world.
My kids are thriving in an amazing alternative school that suits them so well.
We’ve embraced jungle living, forming new friendships, and dreaming big in Costa Rica.
I’ve pivoted and refined my whole business to suit me.
I have CEO days every week (yes, really!).
And the best part?
Life is exciting, and I’m moving with it, shamelessly going for my potential and my dreams! I’m growing as a person while growing my business, and nothing is off-limits for me. I’m fully in my ‘let’s do it, I’m doing it’ era! I’m role modeling to my kids what it’s like to be a woman who wants more than the basics from life and creates the freedom to live it! Working with Ashley came to fruition during the hardest season of my entire life. I was deep in the postpartum trenches, and returning slowly to my business, as a first time mom who barely survived with a colic newborn. I was in survival mode, constant fight or flight for months with such a dysregulated nervous system. Ashley asked me what I wanted to work on and I knew I wanted to work through very emotionally charged feelings and thoughts during those early days that were filled with so much crying. Every session felt like I was talking to a friend and I had the space to be able to verbalize my thoughts, feel my emotions deeply and the tapping helped me work on letting them come and go. Every single time we talked, I felt SO much better, so much more clarity and I was able to release the emotions I was holding onto. It was way better than any therapy session I had ever had. She helped me strengthen the tools I had to navigate being a first time mom and I still use the practices today. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ashley and her energy, and she helped pull me out of a very dark hole and for that, I’ll be forever grateful! Everyone needs this, but especially if you are a parent.
